At Teleformix, we take your security seriously. We maintain the highest standards to ensure that client data is protected at all times. Teleformix is a trusted provider with dedicated hardware and infrastructure, and is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, audited by RSM McGladrey, Inc. We continually monitor our security processes to ensure proactive security awareness.

As a PCI-Compliant Level 1 Service Provider, Teleformix undergoes an on-site PCI security audit performed by a qualified security assessor, or QSA, on an annual basis, and is subject to annual internal and external penetration testing by a third party. We are certified as SAS 70 Type I, subject to a formal ongoing internal audit, and will have the SAS 70 Type II audit process forthcoming.

Teleformix maintains 99.95% platform availability, with quarterly full COB test and cutover. All policies and procedures are evaluated and reviewed by third-party auditors and clients on a regular basis, in addition to an internal auditing team, which is in place to ensure ongoing compliance. It is our policy to encrypt sensitive information while in transit and at rest.

We developed it because we needed a robust marketing communication tool that could be used for any project at any time, and we wanted to stop being dependent on other companies, whether for access, speed, or more arbitrary factors.

Once we added Post@l to our "tool kit" and integrated it with our CLASS membership management platform, we were able to include additional consumer communications in the monthly cost-per-member, at no additional charge to our clients.
