CLASS can support in excess of 800 million active memberships on a single database server and can support unlimited active memberships with a cluster configuration. Fully redundant with failover(s), CLASS is channel- and client-neutral. CLASS functions can be used to develop an enterprise application, incorporate into an existing application, or support a Web property.

The CLASS program is designed to specifically support continuity concepts, where any combination of time increments and assigned dollar amounts is fully supported on a membership core. CLASS is automated to send material requests (for enrollment), handle redemption requests and send replacement materials and other forms. Manual (online) and automated (batch) enrollments are supported, and enrollment reconciliation results can be reported by file or offer.
